Friday, June 30, 2000 - Day 3

Same routine as yesterday.  We got up at 7:00am and out of the room by 9:00am.  Had breakfast in the Pepper Market and then grabbed the bus to Disney Studios.  Grabbed a FastPass for Rock n' Roller Coaster just before the skies opened up. We ducked under cover at one of the eateries on Hollywood Boulevard to wait it out.

Once the rain let up, we went to the Great Movie Ride and got the Gangster scene.  After that, we walked over to Sounds Dangerous. One thing I noticed was that the seats are not comfortable for plus-sized people.  They are too narrow.  Another reason not to like this attraction.

We went back to Rock n' Roller Coaster for our FastPass time and rode it with Walk This Way playing.  Judy, Elana and my folks spliut off from us and we met up with them after the ride right by Crossroads.  While we went to take in Doug Live!, my father waited for us by Hollywood & Vine. The skies were darkening again when we got out so we hurried to Hollywood & Vine before we got wet.  By now it was 2:20pm.  We ate lunch while it rained and by the time we got out it had already stopped. We walked over to New York Street and MuppetVision 3-D, then took in the Backlot Tour.

It was already a long day at 8:00pm, so I decided to head back to the room while Judy and the kids went on to Magic Kingdom for the evening.
